I have used Moreno 3 Construction for close to 20 years. John and his team are easy to work with, patient and trustworthy. The projects have always turned out excellent. They can do a simple flooring job, bathroom remodels with intricate tile work, home remodeling and new construction. John is my go-to guy!
What a beautiful job done on my outdoor patio. It is a very inviting place to relax and make wonderful memories with friends and family. Im looking forward to years of enjoyment in this lovely outdoor space.
I have been using John, Moreno III Construction, for 20+ years at all of my locations, he has always be reliable and makes sure we are satisfied with the completed work. I would and do recommend him to anyone needing his type of services.
John was easy to work with, a great communicator, and remodeled our home beautifully. The finishes he chose were top notch and have held up great. I would definitely recommend working with John!
I’ve known and worked with John for at least 8 years. He was introduced to me by a client and I was told he was “the best floor guy around”. I continued to hear his name and finally called for help on a remodel I was working on. John discussed several design options provided estimates, gave me time to make selections, and then showed up to get the job done. John works with several exceptional men that take pride in their work. Over the years the projects grew in size and scope, but no matter the size Moreno Construction delivered a quality product. I would say his specialty is tile and flooring, but I’ve worked with his crews on all parts of a remodel and John was very patient with my requests and always professional. When restoring an old home, it’s nice to have someone that shares in the vision. I always feel as though John’s goal is for me to be happy with the work done — I appreciate that!
In the construction of our house remodeling John has been a great partner to work with. His team of electricians and plumbers have done excellent work on our house, and worked well with our needs as well as with our interior decorator to provide the best service and quality as possible.
We are beyond grateful for our experience with Moreno Construction and have the highest regard and recommendation for homebuilder John Moreno. John is a person of great character and integrity. His knowledgeable background and attention to detail made our home feel like a masterpiece. John communicated with us every step of the way to make sure our experience was personalized and represented our vision for our dream home. He took the time to answer all of our questions and always gave us honest feedback. John’s high quality of standards were evident from the framing all the way to the finishes on the fixtures. There are not enough words of gratitude for us to express our appreciation, for not only our beautiful home, but also a wonderful home building experience.
